THE INSTALLATION PROCESS

Seven steps. One coordinated system.

01

Check and prepare the area

Repair uneven surfaces and clean the installation area before work begins.

02

Wall positioning

Use a leveling device to set out the wall position and check alignment.

03

Prepare adhesive

Prepare the specified cement adhesive and apply it to the foundation as directed.

04

Size and cut panels

Cut panels to the dimensions required by the approved layout using appropriate equipment and safe working procedures.

05

Install panels

Position panels upright, apply adhesive at joints, align with a claw bar and temporarily support with wedges. Use only manufacturer-approved and engineer-approved fixing details.

06

Grouting

Apply the specified grout to the panel joints in accordance with the approved installation instructions.

07

Cleaning and finishing

Remove excess grout with a scraper before it dries, then prepare the surface for the specified finish.

Coordinate tools and materials

The catalogue illustrates cutting and drilling equipment, a claw bar, wedges, a cement trowel, adhesive, grout and reinforcement. Confirm the complete equipment, handling and safety plan with the installation team.
